SHOW RULES

In keeping with the spirit, as well as the intent, of all applicable gun laws, it is necessary that all dealers / vendors, who sell firearms for a portion, or all, of their livelihood must possess a federal firearms license. Persons who sell guns from their personal collection, and who do not derive their livelihood from the sale of firearms nor make a profit on sales, are not required to have a FFL.
1. All local, state and federal laws must be observed.  All table holders must adhere to local, state and federal laws as they apply to sales, trades and other transactions. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Texas Sales Tax.
2. No loaded firearms or magazines are permitted (other than law enforcement officer duty
weapons). Random searches, including of vendors may be undertaken.
Discharge of a firearm means instant eviction from the show & possible criminal prosecution. You are responsible if a firearm is discharged by someone at your table.
3. No loose cartridges, loaded weapons or magazines are allowed at any time. All ammunition, flares or similar type devices must be sealed in a box, bag, or other container.

SHOWS ARE POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH TEXAS 30.05, 30.06 AND 30.07 STATUTES.

4. All firearms (including flare guns) must have zip ties or other locking devices installed to render them inoperable. Zip ties/locks must be replaced immediately if removed from either vendor or public guns. Long guns are to be displayed with chamber flags in place. Firearms must be tied before delivery to the customer. Ties are available for purchase at the show office.
5. No illegal firearms or other items prohibited by law are permitted.
6. Table merchandise may not extend past tables into aisles. Moving tables to create extra openings or which results in decreased aisle width is not allowed.
7. Putting non-gun related items on your tables is not allowed without prior notice and consent of the Show Promoter. Example – placing jewelry, craft items, collectibles on the side of the table.
8. LASER targeting devices are not to be pointed in the general direction of any person.
9. No drinks or candy are allowed to be sold or given away. Food items must be pre-approved by the Show Promoter. Jerky must be in ¼ pound or $5 minimum sales and no single stick sales.
VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING THE LOCAL
HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND OBTAINING THE NECESSARY PERMITS.
10. Requests for rollovers must be made at least two weeks prior to the particular show. Rollovers are not permitted for two consecutive shows at the same venue. Rollovers are only credited back to a future date at the same venue. Rollovers are not allowed for competing shows on the same weekend in the same metropolitan area. ALL rollover and cancellation adjustments are at the sole discretion of the Show Promoter.
ALL Table Refunds Are Subject To A 10% Per Table Administrative Fee.
11. Table holders are solely responsible for their own table security.
12. Table payments are forfeited if tables are not claimed by 9:00 AM Saturday. Tables may not be sublet or transferred to others without the express, prior consent of the Show Promoters.
14. Leaving early or not being at the show both days is not allowed without prior notice and consent of show mgmt.
15. Promoter assumes no liability for loss of property, injuries or business interruption.
16. No photography (video, still, cell phone) or audio recording is permitted by vendors or members of the public. The show promoters may at certain times perform video, still photos or audio recording for advertising or public relations purposes.
17. Vendors cannot be disruptive to other vendors or the public by use of radio, video with sound, noise makers, hollering, loud voices, flashing lights etc. Vendor must keep noise level confined to their rental space.
18. No conduct, activity, merchandise or materials that in the opinion of the Show Promoters is not in the best interest of the show is permitted. This is at the sole discretion of the Show Promoters.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN PROGRESSIVE ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING EVICTION FROM THE SHOW WITH FORFEITURE OF TABLES AND MONIES PAID.
AMERICAN GUN SHOWS RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO REFUSE RENTAL OF TABLES OR SPACES TO ANY VENDOR.
